Eyes and Liver: Learn how TCM links eye problems such as blurred vision or dry eyes to liver imbalances and how these can be indicators of deeper liver issues.
Nose and Lung: Discover the relationship between nasal health and the Lung and how to maintain Lung Qi for optimal nasal wellness.
Tongue (throat) and Heart: See how throat discomfort and speech problems can be traced back to the Heart according to TCM philosophy.
Ears and Kidneys: Understand the connection between ear conditions and the Kidneys, especially in the elderly.
Mouth (including Tongue and Teeth) and Spleen/Stomach: Reveal how mouth problems can signal imbalances in the Spleen and Stomach, and the role of the tongue in the diagnosis of digestive diseases.
Course highlights
Thorough Physiology and Pathology: A comprehensive review of the function and potential problems of the five orifices.
Point Selection: Learn to select the most effective acupuncture points, drawn from different styles and masters' experiences, including Master Tung acupuncture and scalp acupuncture.
Treatment protocols: Gain practical knowledge to treat common ailments such as allergic rhinitis, tinnitus, dry eyes and sore throat.

As a psychotherapist, psychologist or coach, you have probably faced clients with both physical and psychological stresses that have been challenging to fully address. Even when traditional therapy has been successful, it can happen that the client's nervous system is still not functioning harmoniously. This is especially true for those suffering from anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, stress, ADHD/ADD and those carrying deep trauma from abuse, assault, incest and the like.
At the GMI Institute, our team of therapists together with a practicing physician have developed a unique treatment system. This system has been proven to help people with significant trauma in a short time.
Our team at Godthjælp and Maugendre International Institute have created a customized training specifically designed to meet these needs.
Auriculotherapy provides a unique tool to treat and calm the nervous system. Our trauma training gives you basic knowledge of auriculotherapy, including techniques to calm the nervous system and insights into our studies. You will learn not only to follow protocols, but also to customize the treatment individually for each person on your treatment table.
After completing the training, you will be able to treat:
Stress
Fear and anxiety
ADHD/ADD
OCD
PTSD
Mental challenges
Major trauma
