      TOXIC-SCARS & NERVOUS SYSTEM

      AURICULOTHERAPY

      TOXIC-SCARS & NERVOUS SYSTEM

      Danish

Have you experienced recurring issues during treatments without understanding the cause? Toxic scars may be Therapy blockages that are hindering progress. We’ll explore how these scars affect treatments and how the nervous system plays a central role.

The nervous system is fundamental to the body's function and response to treatments. Through Auriculotherapy, where the ear is the key point, you learn to understand and treat the nervous system reflections in the ear, enabling deeper treatments.

The course teaches you how to identify and treat toxic scars and engage the nervous system for deeper treatments.

      Topics covered in the module:

      • Identification of toxic scars and differences between physical, psychological and medical scars.
      • Therapy blockages and why toxic scars can be obstacles to treatment.
      • Treatment methods for toxic scars.
      • The reflection of the nervous system in the ear:
        The 12 cranial nerves.
        The central nervous system.
The autonomic nervous system: sympathetic and parasympathetic.
      • Effective treatments for nervous system and toxic scars.
      • Practical exercises and hands-on training.

      Practical application

Many disorders and imbalances can be involved when it comes to toxic scars and the nervous system. Here are a few examples.

      • Physical pain
      • Hormonal imbalances
      • Mental imbalances such as stress, anxiety and depression
      • Digestive problems
      • Weakened immune system
      • Allergies and neurological problems

      This list is not exhaustive.

      COURSE DESCRIPTION:
      PAIN MANAGEMENT WITH AURICULOTHERAPY

Auriculotherapy is a fascinating and scientifically proven form of treatment in which the entire body can be reflected and treated through the ear.

The first module focuses on pain management. You will learn about the anatomy of the ear, somatotopy (the body’s reflection in the ear), and how the ear map can be used as an effective diagnostic and therapeutic tool.

This course provides you with a solid understanding of reflex zones, the location of reflex points, and practical techniques for treating pain in various parts of the body—including muscle, joint, and nerve pain. You’ll also gain insight into the difference between acute and chronic pain and how they should be treated differently.

This course is designed for both beginners who want to learn how to treat patients and for those who are already working as practitioners—such as acupuncturists, massage therapists, reflexologists, psychotherapists, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, midwives, or doctors—and who wish to expand their toolkit to include auriculotherapy.

THIS IS WHAT WE'LL COVER IN THIS MODULE

      Introduction

      • What is Auriculotherapy / Ear Acupuncture, and how is it used?
      • The History and Development of Auriculotherapy
      • Anatomy of the Ear – Understanding the Structure and Potential of the Ear

Map of the Ear, Reflex Zones, and Tools

      • Somatotopy and the Ear Map – The Body’s Reflection in the Ear
      • A Neurological Explanation of Reflex Zones
      • The Spine's Representation in the Ear
      • Reflex zones for the shoulder, arm, hand, hip, leg, and foot
      • Stitch Placement, Stitching Techniques, and Understanding Needles
      • Tools: blue pressure pen, glass pen, ASP needles, TCM needles, and ear seeds

      Practical Training

      • Plenty of hands-on exercises in pinpointing and treating specific points
      • How We Treat Each Other in Practice
      • After completing Module 1, you’ll be able to immediately and successfully apply your new knowledge in the clinic

E-learning as preparation (this applies only to Danish courses)

      • 8 hours of self-study via e-learning, available 14 days before the course begins
      • Easy-to-understand videos with clear instructions
      • Quizzes to test your understanding
      • Supplementary print materials that can be used directly in the clinic

      Protocols YOU'LL LEARN

      Pain Protocols

      • Treatment of shoulder pain, lower back pain, joint pain, and muscle pain
      • Focus on the difference between acute and chronic pain, and how they are treated differently
      • Insights into the treatment of muscle, joint, and nerve pain

      Safety in Practice

      • A review of important precautions and contraindications related to treatment, so you can work professionally and safely

The introductory course in auriculotherapy consists of three modules. We recommend taking all three to gain a comprehensive understanding of the ear and this effective form of treatment. After completing the three modules, you’ll have a solid foundation for working independently with auriculotherapy—and you can then choose to further specialize through themed workshops or delve into advanced areas such as AuriculoMedicine or auriculotherapy with a focus on mental health.
