TREATING CHILDREN AND NEURODIVERGENCE

Course description: This two-day Auriculotherapy course is aimed at practitioners who have already completed the basic course modules 1 and 2. The course focuses on treating children and adolescents with both physical problems and neurodivergent diagnoses such as ADHD and autism. Through the course, you will gain an in-depth understanding of neurodivergence, learn specific Auriculotherapy techniques and gain the tools to apply them effectively.

Theory of Neurodivergence: The course covers neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. We look at how these diagnoses affect children both physically and mentally, and how Auriculotherapy can help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and improve concentration.

Treatment methods: Auriculotherapy is a gentle method for treating both physical and mental conditions. You will learn how to use techniques to affect the nervous system through specific points in the ear and adapt the treatment to individual needs.

• Auriculotherapy Methods: Learn how ear acupuncture can regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, improve concentration and enhance well-being.

Prerequisite: Basic course modules 1 and 2 in Auriculotherapy.

This course will teach you how to adapt your treatments to take into account children's sensitivities and development. Practical strategies for creating a calm and supportive atmosphere during treatment will also be covered.
